We have designed and developed a tailored module so your group members can pay individually and directly to us. You have no money collecting to do, we provide transparent and easy time scale payment details enabling you to relax and not have to worry about you having to pay for everyone else.

As we have established ourselves over the years, this has meant we have been able to obtain some very low prices. Our suppliers have trust in us through the relationships we have built up and pass all offers and reductions onto our company which we, in turn pass onto you guys, our customers.
Efficiency is the key. We work hard for you and get the same excitement in your booking as you do. When it’s arranged and goes swimmingly we are just as happy.
We employ both male and female staff of all ages helping customers 7 days a week, every week. We are not pushy or use under hand persuading sales tactics. What you see is what you get and all prices are fixed and secured. We genuinely care about your booking and this is clearly demonstrated by the large number of repeated customers we have on record.
We only require a single holding deposit of just £1. That’s for the WHOLE GROUP. This payment gets the booking secured. We don’t need any more payments after this until around 4 weeks after booking. We allow group members to pay separately and we don’t even need your final group size until 4 weeks prior to your travel date. You can change group size, booking details etc right up to 4 weeks before your travel date and sometimes even nearer to your travel date.
The Booking Process
We recommend you book straightaway so you are able to obtain the hotel or supplier you want at the date and time you want. You are best to reserve the booking on the maximum number of people who MAY be attending so we can book you all in one hotel. If your group size drops, that is fine and we can simply lower the number and you don’t have to pay for the ones who don’t attend.

You can use our website to book online using our even package builder or if you prefer, simply call us or email us and pay the booking deposit.
That is fine. The booking process is the same. So if you are not wishing to part take in an activity then simply by pass the activity section on the booking process.
It’s not a problem as many do just that. Simply book using the event builder and bypass the hotel selection and paying the holding deposit of just £50.
The balance in most cases is due 4 weeks prior to travelling but we will always inform you if any different.
Simply log onto your personal account page which we forward to you and all people and payments can be viewed on that platform.
It is just £50 from the lead person. That’s it!
You can make payments online in your personal account page or by calling us directly and making payments over the phone. You don’t need to use the online system as we also allow bank transfers.
